Parappa Raps on TV
According to Japanese sources, Sony PlayStations's popular dancing hero Parappa the Rappa will be heading to television next year. A new Parappa animated series will appear on Fuji TV Network in Japan. The first episode is expected to air in April, 2001.

Summon Night 2 Announced
Banpresto announced Summon Night 2, a new RPG for the PlayStation. The sequel will follow two protagonists, each with their own storyline. Summon Night 2 is expected in Japan next summer.

Soul Calibur 2 PS2 Bound
Could Namco's hot arcade fighter Soul Calibur 2 be making an appearance on PlayStation 2 rather than revisiting the Dreamcast home of the original title. According to IGNPS2, Japanese website, Amusement Graffiti, has reported that the hardware specs for the arcade bruiser have changed from the Dreamcast friendly Naomi board to the PlayStation 2 compatible System 246. Silent Hill 2 At TGS?
Amongst Konami's Metal Gear Solid 2 and Dance Dance titles at European trade show ECTS, the eagerly awaited Silent Hill was nowhere to be seen. According to IGNPS2 the horror title is saving itself for Japanese climes and will finally show itself at the Tokyo Game show towards the end of the month.
